We also encourage our team to attend client meetings, first to just listen and learn, and eventually to have one on one time with the client.

Knowledgeable Quality Control Department

Our Quality Control (QC) department is staffed with two full-time CPAs whose mandate is to ensure our files meet the highest standards and abide by the latest regulations. Our QC department is also responsible for in-house training and providing CFE support to our students.

Team commitment and engagement

At the heart of the firm’s value system is team spirit. We have an open-door policy, and our Managing Partner regularly holds a breakfast or lunch with different departments to update the team on firm and industry news. Our HR Department conducts annual internal surveys to gather feedback and suggestions to ensure all team members’ voices are heard. Furthermore, team members are encouraged to participate in management meetings. FL Fuller Landau also organizes an annual team and manager retreat to seek input and foster team work and relationship-building.

“(1) fun, (2) interesting and (3) educational”

If I could define working at Fuller Landau for the summer in three words it would be (1) fun, (2) interesting and (3) educational. From Outdoor Day to Tuesday night soccer games you are immediately a member of the Fuller team the day you walk in. It has been an extremely smooth transition from the sometimes surprising difference between what is taught at school and what is applied at work due to excellent training and on-demand help. I am confident that I could not have made a better choice for my internship.

Drawing from experiences gained in these undertakings allows me to bring different ideas, a positive state of mind and has helped me thrive in my professional career at Fuller Landau.
