Over 55-years young

And Still Growing…

FL Fuller Landau has been in operation since 1963. During those many years, we have focused on privately-held enterprises, and become a go-to source for both accounting and business advisory services in the Greater Montreal area. More than 55 years in business is also a sign of stability – we aren’t going anywhere, except walking along your path to success.

In the last 10 years, we have doubled in numbers and we intend to keep the momentum going. We are thrilled to have remained true to our values through this growth and that our team members have remained loyal to the FL family as well. Most of our partners started as interns, and we have an administrative team that supports us through all our projects.

Everyone’s Voice Matters

Our People & Culture team conducts ongoing surveys to gather feedback and suggestions to ensure all team members’ voices are heard. Furthermore, team members are encouraged to participate in management meetings. We also organize an annual team and manager retreat to seek input, foster teamwork and relationship-building.

Through the good and the not so good times, you can count on positive and authentic support from the leadership team.

Bringing The Fun to
the Office

FL’s FUN Committee ensures that every team member has an amazing experience working at FL. Social events are held every month to bring the team together, celebrate our successes, and to simply have fun! FL hosts many fundraising events to support our community by hosting bake sales at the office, fitness challenges, Poker nights, and more to raise funds for good causes. Whether it be our holiday party, end of tax season celebration, summer outdoor day, or after-hours sports events, there is an activity for everyone to enjoy.

FL Fuller Landau supports team members at all levels in their professional growth and development. Whether it be time off for studying, internally designed training programs, networking events engineered specifically for young professionals growing their career, or experienced professionals brushing up on their skills, career resources are offered and available to the whole FL team.

FL not only helps team members develop their hard skills, but also soft skills through our mentorship program, skills coaches, management training program, and much more.

Our career development program helps team members establish goals and objectives that we support and guide them to achieve.

Giving Back to the Community

While we do not have a formal policy to outline our contribution to the community’s well-being, FL’s partners and team members are currently involved in over 25 non-profit organizations. Community involvement is strongly encouraged, and we regularly hold internal fundraising events to support various causes, especially those in which our team members play an active role.

In addition to our various events aimed at raising money, we are also the title sponsor of the annual Cedars Cancer Foundation FL Fuller Landau Cedars Dragon Boat Race and Festival. Every year, FL focuses on raising funds for this cause as cancer affects everyone in our community, including our family, friends and colleagues. Moreover, rather than simply writing a cheque, the firm encourages all of us to come together to give back and make a difference.

At FL, the annual summer perk is selected by FL team members, who are given a variety of choices such as summer Fridays off, one additional week off, etc.
