Great people. Excellent firm.
I’ve been with the firm for over 6 years now. There is still a level of excitement today as there was on my first day on the job. Our firm strives for excellence in everything we do, and we take great pride in helping our clients and one another. The team is loaded with positive energy which is simply infectious. Great place. Great clients. Great people. Excellent firm.

Now it’s my turn to pass on my knowledge…
“Work hard, Play hard!” There is never a dull moment at FL whether it is being challenged in my day to day work as an auditor or whether it’s dragon boating with the FL Flowing Flames at the Annual Cedars CanSupport Dragon Boat Race. Since starting at FL, I have grown as a professional and with the help of my colleagues and my mentors through motivation, coaching and technical training, I have been able to reach my goal of receiving my CPA, CA title. Now it’s my turn to pass on my knowledge to the new generation at FL.

“(1) fun, (2) interesting and (3) educational”
If I could define working at Fuller Landau for the summer in three words it would be (1) fun, (2) interesting and (3) educational. From Outdoor Day to Tuesday night soccer games you are immediately a member of the Fuller team the day you walk in. It has been an extremely smooth transition from the sometimes surprising difference between what is taught at school and what is applied at work due to excellent training and on-demand help. I am confident that I could not have made a better choice for my internship.
Thomas Kontagianis, 2012 Summer Student
“A flexible work arrangement …”
A flexible work arrangement has made it possible for me to pursue my passions that may not be directly related to my professional career in an accounting firm. Drawing from experiences gained in these undertakings allows me to bring different ideas, a positive state of mind and has helped me thrive in my professional career at Fuller Landau.

Life at FL Fuller Landau
Annual General Meeting
On a yearly basis, generally in the winter, the firm closes its doors for a half-day so that all team members can attend the firm’s annual general meeting. At this time, our managing partner issues updates, including the firm’s overall performance and the targets for the coming year. Occasionally, there are invited guests who give presentations on current trends in the market.
The “think tank” meetings brings together 5-6 volunteers from various departments to give their input and comments on pre-established topics and projects related to marketing, human resources, information technology, etc.. . Team members participating in a “think-tank” will be actively involved in the discussion and generating ideas for improvement. “Think-tanks” were created to foster innovative and communication in the form in an organized and friendly environment.
“Lunches With Mike”
Every three months a group of team members is invited to sit down for lunch with Mike, also known as our managing partner, Michael Newton. The lunch provides an informal setting for Mike to update our team members on latest developments at the firm and answer any questions or concerns team members might have. It affords team members the opportunity to get information directly from the firm’s top decision-maker
Fuller Landau LLP’s partners and team members are directly involved in numerous non-profit organizations in the Greater Montreal area. Community involvement is strongly encouraged at Fuller Landau LLP and we regularly hold events to help these worthy causes, especially those in which our team members play an active role.
