Given its central location, the neighborhood is always bustling with activity and some of Montreal's best restaurants and shops are in close proximity. The office is also minutes away from a large green space with picnic tables and a café. Fuller Landau LLP is easily accessible by bus, metro or train. 2- Does Fuller Landau LLP have a Global Presence? Fuller Landau LLP is a proud member of the Leading Edge Alliance, a worldwide network of independently owned professional accounting and consulting firms. The Leading Edge Alliance currently counts over 140 members in 90 countries. 3- What criteria do you use to select successful candidates? We look for dynamic individuals motivated by the pursuit of excellence and who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates in most positions are required to be bilingual and have up-to-date computer skills. 4- What type of social events does Fuller Landau LLP host for their team members? Fuller Landau hosts many social events for team members. Certain events are held annually such as our Holiday Party, Tax Party and Outdoor Day. Throughout the year, the firm organizes other activities such as Bowling night, Go-karting, Ball Hockey and Curling, to name a few. We always make sure to mark special occasions such as Valentine's Day or Halloween with a firm-wide lunch. 5- What is the dress code? The dress and grooming of each team member is expected to be proper and reflect our status as professionals, regardless of one's position in the firm. A formal dress code is in effect most of the year, however, during the hot summer months, and on Fridays throughout the year, a "business casual" dress code is adopted 6- Are there opportunities for advancement? All of the team members at Fuller Landau LLP are expected to constantly upgrade their skills, and Fuller Landau LLP is prepared to invest in these individuals so that we have the right people in place as we move forward. Performance is measured annually and during this meeting the team member's goals are discussed with their manager and a development plan for the year to come is put in place. 7- How will my performance be measured? Each team member receives an annual performance appraisal in the fall whereby the manager completes a formal performance appraisal on which the team member is evaluated in relation to their job description, progress in attaining the objectives set in the previous year, and rate of success in meeting the required skills and having the right attitude to complete the task at hand. At this time, team members are also invited to complete a self-evaluation, which the manager has the opportunity to review. The self-evaluation allows the team member to mark their personal accomplishments and also the areas in which the person wants to improve, along with a list of personal objectives for the following year. Fuller Landau LLP also believes in providing ongoing feedback, whether positive or negative in nature and has many mechanisms in place to ensure that feedback is given on a regular basis. 8- Do you hire people with CGAs and CMAs? Yes, given that the candidate meets the requirements of the position.
